VIRTUAL Weight Loss Consultation 

Let's sit down to discuss if semaglutide, tirzepatide, a stimulant   or skinny shots are right for you. We will go over your health history, goals and labs so I can create a plan with you to tackle your weight loss goals and discuss which pricing/package is best for you! Please bring the following labs from within the last 6 months: TSH, T4, CBC, CMP, Lipids, A1C or fasting glucose on a CMP.  If you do not have labs, I can order them through Sonora Quest - will discuss during your visit. 

Stimulants will require an EKG from your PCP.

Weight Loss Visit 

Brighten and Whiten your smile! Results will vary. This is a great treatment, but do allow 48 hours before events if you're looking to whiten your teeth before an event.

Insurance is not accepted, but HSA or any credit/debit card, cash is accepted. 
This is an appointment for acute illnesses or minor skin conditions. 

Strep, Flu/COVID, UTI testing is an additional $10
Orders of labs will to through Sonora Quest if they are needed. 
Kenalog and Toradol Injections are an additional $30 each. 

Follow up visits are $50. 
I do not have an EKG machine.

This treatment if for thinning and/or hair loss. You will need a series of three to six treatments. Each treatment is separated by four to six weeks to allow the hair to grow. Optimum results can be achieved over a four-to-nine-month time frame.
