Consultation

$25 per injection or 4 for $90, 8 for $170, 12 for $240. 

Injections are given weekly. Can be taken twice a week for increased benefits. Injections are given in the muscle.

Injections are given weekly in the muscle. They can be given up to 3 times a week for increased benefits. You have to sit in office for 15 minutes after injection. 

NAD+ Injection

$25 per injection or 4/$80. Injections are given in the muscle. This dose can be given monthly or every 2 weeks. HSA/FSA cards are accepted for vitamin injections.
