Light therapy is an application of specific wavelengths of light to tissue to obtain therapeutic benefits. LED Therapy can be added on to any of our other treatments.  Red, blue and near-infrared are the most commonly used wavelengths in LED light therapy. These specific wavelengths are well researched and scientifically proven to produce therapeutic benefits. 
BLUE penetrates through the epidermis and is known to kill C. Acnes bacteria (bacterial / fungal acne).
RED reaches into the dermal layer and has been shown to enhance collagen and elastin production through photobiostimulation of fibroblasts. 
NEAR-INFRARED penetrates deepest and increases microcirculation (tissue repair), decreases inflammation, and attenuates pain. 

LED Light Therapy 

Microneedling is a cosmetic procedure that involves using a small device equipped with fine needles to create tiny punctures in the skin. The punctures trigger the body's natural healing response, stimulating the production of collagen and elastin, which help to improve the texture, tone, and overall appearance of the skin. Microneedling can also be used to address a variety of skin concerns, including fine lines and wrinkles, acne scars, hyperpigmentation, and enlarged pores. It is a minimally invasive procedure.

Recommended to do four treatments with each treatment being four weeks apart to achieve full results.

Lip flip treatment only with no other neurotoxin injections being done. Lip flips will require between 12 - 24 units of Dysport or 4 - 8 units of Botox on average. If a lip flip treatment is being done alone it is a flat rate of $100 per treatment.

Dysport®  (abobotulinumtoxinA) for injection is an acetylcholine release inhibitor and neuromuscular blocking agent indicated for the temporary improvement in the appearance of moderate to severe glabellar (between the eyebrows) lines assocaited with procerus and corrugator muscle activity in adults <65 years of age. 

Duration of treatment is on average 3-4 months.  Many factors contribute to individual experience with longevity such as metabolism, daily activity, current medications, and more. Please talk to your provider during your consultation about how this may pertain to you.
