CANCELLATION POLICY

The cancellation fee for First Time with Hilary and Facial Balancing is $500. The cancellation fee for all other appointments is $200. Patients must provide a five day notice when canceling an appointment to avoid penalty.

​RESCHEDULE POLICY

Because we are an intimate practice small in scale and number of providers, we request that clients be thoughtful about honoring selected appointment times. Of course life happens, which we understand. Therefore, we offer one “courtesy” reschedule. After that point we require a non-refundable $200 deposit which will be applied to treatment, but forfeited if the treatment is rescheduled again.

COMMUNICATION POLICY

By booking this appointment, I acknowledge that some forms of communication, including but not limited to text messages, emails, and phone calls, may not be fully HIPAA protected. I understand that while efforts will be made to safeguard my personal health information, these communication methods may carry certain risks of privacy breaches.
